Broke after only a few months. Birch Lane customer support unable to order replacement part or help with issue. Avoid these chairs.

DO NOT BUY. Both of our chairs broke within months of use. First chair broke less than 5 months after we bought it. My mother was sitting in the chair holding our baby when the base split in half and her and our baby fell. Customer service was a joke, they kept promising they would help us and send us a replacement but never followed through. Now less than 10 months since our original purchase, and the second chair has broken. These are horribly made and the customer service was beyond disappointing from a high end brand.
