Binney Upholstered Bed

Waited months to receive, only to get side boards of the bed without headboard or foot board. Wayfair/ perigold “attempted”’to reorder the beds and replacement parts without success. Again received more sideboards and nothing else. They then canceled my order saying that they no longer sell the item, but it is clearly still available on their site. They issued a refund and told me to dispose of the items. So now I have to pay to take items to the dump since there are not enough pieces to actually put a bed together or donate. Also the delivery service was a disaster too. They would give a window of time, and then completely not show up. Super frustrating situation overall.

I really wanted to love this and couldn’t wait for it to areive. After several shipping attempts we only received the side rails, never the headboard footboard.

I loved the look of this bed and planned my entire design plan for a boys bedroom around it. When the bed arrived, there was only a bed frame, no footboard, side rails or hardware. When I contacted Wayfair, they indicated that the Wayfair rep who placed the order only ordered a headboard. There was no indication any where in the listing or ever in my communication with the representative that it was only a headboard. The pictures and reviews all talked about the entire bed. When I contacted customer service they indicated that the rest of the bed parts are on backorder and that ordering them would double the price.

I opened the box to see that the correct bed had been delivered—unfortunately, I did not completely unbox because the headboard and sideboard are both missing. I am beyond the 30 day return/exchange, and I have been unable to speak or text with a live person.

So happy with my purchase. This brand always has high quality items that are trendy. My son loves his big boy bed and I know it's going to age well with him.
