This truly is a gorgeous chair not only online but in person! I ordered two because I loved it so much. The chair is all one piece so no assembly needed, which is always a plus. However, I had to have one replaced because upon sliding out of the box, one of the legs cracked completely off. The customer service rep was outstanding though and provided me options to rectify the issue.

I have good and opportunistic feedback Opportunistic: While I absolutely love this chair, a bit of the piping on one side of the top of the chair was coming undone from the wooden frame. I ended up super gluing it as best as I could back under the wood. Had I not done that, though, it would continue coming undone and would require assistance from a reupholster specialist to fix it. Good: I absolutely LOVE this chair. It's VERY comfortable!! It's the perfect height (I'm 5'4") and width (a little wide for an average framed woman). The cushion feels amazing, and the back is high enough to rest your head against.

I bought two and so far one has lasted just a little over three months. The quality is terrible! The fabric is literally tearing away from the wood. I spent over 1000 for two chairs to last less than a year. They’re barely used in the formal living room.
