This couch is the bomb! It's so comfortable.....and it looks great. Tailored without being stuffy/sterile (like the living room furniture you were not allowed to sit on as a kid). It was a little tricky to connect the pieces - metal connectors have to be rotated to connect - and while we bought it for the "option" to rearrange the pieces.....yeah probably will never disconnect to move them around. PS - those creases in the fabric do relax a little. And then you just steam them / pull them to finish.

Got the sofa in the Bevin Linen and it's a really nice, quality sofa. The only problem is that the way it's input into the system, no matter which configuration you choose, the chair piece of the L will be the opposite of what it should be; i.e., if you select a left facing couch, it will automatically come as a right facing chair, and if you order a right facing couch, it will automatically come as a left facing chair. I confirmed this at the Tampa store. Nothing can be done about it; I've contacted customer service many, many times. If you can live with a significant gap between the back chair and the last sofa piece of the shorter side, you'll like the sofa. The gap does not affect the seat, only the back. It's 700 bucks to return the sofa so make sure you can live with it.

Best purchase I've made in a long time. My husband is in love with how large and comfortable this couch is. The cushions are down filled and very heavy making it feel very expensive. You couldn't touch a sectional like this for less than $6k at pottery barn. And to be honest I think it is more confortable than those couches. Also the shipping took even less time than they predicted. It was at my house in 3 weeks from when I ordered!
