We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. This was our first online purchase of a couch and we have zero regrets. Birch Lane reps were also very helpful and knowledgeable. Worth the money!. James. North Tonawanda, NY. Thu Aug 29 2024

This large sectional seats up to six, so it's a spacious gathering spot to entertain friends. The U-shaped frame is made from engineered wood, and it's wrapped in a slipcover in the fabric and color of your choice for a tailored look. A feather blend in the cushions create a cozy feel, while the sinuous springs and synthetic fiber backfilling provide ample support. We love how the rolled arms and water- and stain-resistant upholstery make it a practical choice for everyday use. For easy maintenance, simply spot clean the removable cushion covers.

We’ve never ordered a sofa on line, but we took the chance during our stay-at-home time when we redid the den in our condo. This sectional is just what we hoped for. The fabric, a ticking style stripe, is sturdy and nice-looking. Cushions are comfy and not too soft or squishy.. Ellen. Naperville, IL. Wed Dec 04 2024

The perfect relaxed slipcover to add a casual feeling to your space. Clean lines, down-blend seat cushions, and your choice of fabric make the perfection addition for your home. Two bolster pillows included.

Really comfortable - the midnight bayou is a stunning navy color. The slipcovers are well fitted and look great. Updated after 6 weeks- the cushions compress a pretty significant amount leaving you sitting about 15 inches off the floor rather than the 18 in the description. It’s very comfortable - I thought to swap out the legs but unfortunately unlike other sofas of this price the legs are nailed in and not an easy swap. I will likely have to buy additional batting to re-loft the cushions at some point.. Jenny. Wed Sep 24 2025
