The delivery was great. There is an issue with the Lana server - one of the handles is scratched. The delivery people also took a picture of it. I sent an email to Birch Lane earlier today. I am waiting for a response if they will send me a new handle. The delivery was great I am just sorry I need a replacement piece.

Furniture is nice but it was missing a screw and the delivery was awful. The delivery people were rude, slammed the boxes around and gave us a few minutes notice they were coming

This cabinet arrived completely assembled (minus putting on the handles). This cabinet provides great extra storage! Ill be using it my basement when finished. The cabinet is taller than expected and the rattan adds nice texture to it.
