This piece completed my dining room perfectly. It is all wood, well-constructed, arrived on time and was packaged very well. (So well in fact that it took over an hour to unpack!) It required some cleaning and touch-up but this is expected - I worked at a furniture store for years and this was normal preparation prior to delivery for even very expensive furniture brands. I ordered it in charcoal which is a warm black, not gray. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

This bookcase in and of itself is a 5 star item in our home. I absolutely love it, it fits perfectly in our niche between living room and dining area, instead of using as a bookcase I use it as a bar cabinet and it's perfect. The guys from Wayfair who delivered were wonderful and also a 5 star. The reason for the 4 star was totally on the the warehouse 45 minutes away from me where this sat for about 16 days before delivery and for the many Customer Service reps who were of no help in trying to expedite. I was ready to throw in the towel and ask for a total refund until I finally got a Customer Service Rep who was wonderful and made it happen! Also, the color is a lot darker than what I expected but other than that, I love this item.
