I was expecting a softer leather… plus there was a lot of imperfections on one of them. I hope my replacements comes back better. Now I have to drive an hour to Fed ex location to return it. Kinda a bummer quality control isn’t a thing these days

The leather straps are all so spaced out that you can see the lining underneath but the lining itself is all bunched up. They also wanted to charge $46 to return them, until I spoke with them for almost an hour to get them returned. The was the worst experience I have ever had with Wayfair.

I just received the Chocolate Brown version and it is extremely gorgeous! Like the other reviews, I concur; it truly is very lightweight, and easy to carry and move. The leather straps are textured/pebbled finish of some sort.. and there is a bit of a reddish brown tone to the leather... which I liked. This piece added some textural component to my living room decor, and it's very comfy to sit on. To the reviewer who said it was uncomfortable to place your feet on (if using it as an ottoman or footrest), I disagree. There is a bit of give when you sit down on it, so it is not uncomfortable in my opinion. I also was skeptical that being that the entire unit is hollow, that it wouldn't stand/hold up, but it has a very solid wooden frame on the interior!
