Everything looks like pictured on the website. Measurements and color are perfect. The cushions need leveling out, but are cozy. Next time I’ll do the white glove because they came in huge boxes that needed to break down and take out to trash. Order arrived timely on the date and time promised.

Love this sectional it fit perfectly in the space in my living room! The delivery guys were great. We are very pleased!

Love this chaise and sofa. Modern elegance meets comfort. The EFFY Linen looks darker on the website, it's actually what is traditionally known as oatmeal linen. You will love it.

We returned this couch with lounger because it made a crunching sound when sitting on it. We ordered a different couch and hope this crunching sound does not occur on the new Cranbrook couch with lounger. When you pay good money for a product, you do not expect this to occur. I spoke to a sales rep who stated that she reversed the $400 fee for returning because of the couch making this crunching sound when sitting on it. I do not see this credit on my account yet but will look further and then call if the credit was not issued to reverse the 400 charge to return.

Not as comfortable as I had hoped. Looks very nice, though.
