I am forced to give 1 star because 0 is not an option! First, 1 day after I purchased it, before I even got the bed, it went on sale for $100 less than what I paid. Wayfair would not honor the sales price. (I spent $$$$ with this order). Next, only the frame arrived, headboard came the following day. which is fine, BUT the frame doesn't line up, no matter what you do, the footboard is clearly warped. I did submit an issue to Wayfair and they are sending me to the manufacturer for a resolution. They said I should hear something in 2 more business days. I will update this review based on the outcome. At this point, I am not buying anything else from Wayfair. Worst Customer Service I have experienced in a very long time.

Absolutely love this bed. Assembly was time-consuming, but well worth it. Combined with my mattress, it has been a phenomenal purchase. My only issue is that Bird Lane still has not refunded me for the second bed they mistakenly sent due to their error and poor customer service.
