We purchased the white quarz countertop. It is exactly what we were looking for. Quality wood and countertop, looks more expensive than it was, and it is SOLID (400 lbs per the delivery team). It also has a huge amount of storage--no wasted space. We did not need any seating area and appreciated that this island utilized the underneath space for storage instead.
