Beautiful desk, incredibly solid, easy to assemble, very large and very heavy! Every piece of this desk is solid wood, which makes it extremely solid and very heavy. It is a bit larger than I would have liked, but I loved the design. It actually looks like a kitchen table. 3 drawers have adequate room for your daily essentials. Ordered in the worn oak color, looks as pictured. My only concern is the finish is not smooth, so it catches on dusting clothes or sleeves of clothing, which then lifts tiny splinters and then peels. I think this is a good quality piece. It did however arrived damaged. Looks like it was dropped. Some pieces were broken and the top looks like someone at the factory tried to fix it. It looks great and the drawers are sturdy and come with some nice accessories like a wood inlay for pens and supplies., felt bottoms for 2 of the top drawers and the fully built in file cabinets. The desk also has a built in power supply for 2 electrical sockets and 2 USB ports. I wasn't sure what to expect since there were so few pictures posted but I am VERY happy with the desk. It came extremely well packaged and the only assembly necessary was attaching the 8 little legs.
