awful! terrible craftsmanship. cheap wood and warped corners

The finished product looks very nice, but it was a bit of a trial getting there. We ordered two of these bookcases. They arrived each with the same cracked panel and one cracked shelf. To be fair, the initial request for replacement pieces was very easy through the app and quick. However, the replacement pieces arrived and 2 out of 3 were the wrong replacement pieces. We just didn't want to wait anymore. My husband was able to use wood glue and repair the initial cracked panels and we ultimately were able to build the bookcases. When I reached out to customer service they were also very understanding. They understood we didn't want to wait for replacement pieces again, and instead refunded me partially for the order (since we did end up with two bookcases after our repairs). They do look nice in our room, I just wish it had not been so difficult. I appreciate the kind and understanding customer service.

We ordered 2 and there were a few broken pieces, we couldn't even make 1 set. We asked for replacement parts and they sent 2 new whole sets. Again, a few pieces came broken. With the 4 sets we had, we couldn't make 1 good bookcase. It's unfortunate because it would have looked beautiful. Wayfair issued us a refund but now we have to figure out how to get rid of 4 sets of bookcases, all with broken pieces.
