I love my sofa. I give it 4 only because I have a huge problem with the fabric on one arm. The delivery man said just call and they will send a new one. After hours on hold they said there was nothing they could do. I was waiting to see if the fabric would straighten itself out. I waited 5 days and Apparently that’s too long. The driver even took a picture of the damage but that doesn’t matter. The 30 day return policy is a bunch of bull!

This couch is beautiful and high quality, and is everything I thought it would be based on the listing description and photos. Delivery went perfectly, and communication and scheduling was flawless. The only reason I took off a star is because the caster legs look kind of weak and are already tilting a bit. One of them was installed a little crooked and it's only gotten worse. It's not a big deal yet and I feel like the couch is sturdy, but I do think I'll have to use the warranty for those legs eventually. Just something to be aware of. I love the couch so much I would still buy it again.
