Bed arrived broken. One of the posts of the headboard was cracked. Wayfair will send someone out to repair it and will replace the bed if that doesn't work out. I know these things happen, but it's always an inconvenience.

So hard to offer a rating. We do like the bed - it looks as described online and seems sturdy. But our delivery experience was monumentally incompetent. An initial human error compounded into weeks of aggravation, misinformation, and delay. Customer service was consistently easy to reach, but also consistently unhelpful. Ultimately the product is nice, but the experience matters too.
