The color of the bamboo frame is totally different from the picture on the website. The customer service rep wouldn’t waive the return pick up fee $83 and hung up the phone on me rudely. Will never ever buy anything from Birch LN!

These chairs are lovely. They easily fit a lot of styles, and look great in our beach house. Best of all, the cushions are removable, and have zip off covers that I can wash and air dry which is great with children.
