Definitely more of a scratchy basketweave than a soft chenille. It is also a very light gray rather than cream, but it’s high quality and very nice overall. I’d recommend it!

This ottoman is perfect. I was looking for an ottoman that was the right height and size so my dog could relax in my office by the window. This is great. It also has great cushioning so it has plenty of support to be comfortable.

Very comfortable and little to no assembly. I ordered the cream color and it is more of a cream mixed with light grey. Love it.

The cream color is more of a creamlight grey which was expected from other reviews. Looks great and comfortable.

So soft! Love the fabric! Nice cool light gray color. Glad I got this large square size! Matches with other neutral pieces in my living room.
