Dunkirk 64'' Solid Wood Console Table

The experience associated with this item is unfortunate. The first time it was sent, it was damaged, to which Wayfair requested a replacement part. A week later it was communicated that the maker of the furniture couldn't send it. I was told it could be picked up and returned, but it never was. A week later I was told another replacement could be sent out at no cost, which I'm not sure why I would have to pay extra for a replacement of a broken item in the first place. The 2nd one came, and upon putting it together, the pre-drilled holes were wrongly placed so we had to re-do them. Additionally, the color was completely different than the one we were originally sent. It was darker, with dark grey wood grain, rather than pine. We were told they were both the same color. They are far different from one another. Wayfair then shared they wouldn't be accommodating any return or pick up for the first damaged item anymore, nor any compensation or acknowledgement of issues with the 2nd one. We live in a rural area, so Wayfair suggested taking the damaged one to the dump rather than a donation location (we don't have any where we live), which we would also have to pay for. I highly don't recommend this product as we had 2 negative experiences with the quality and variance and I highly don't recommend working with Wayfair in general. Their customer service is disappointing to say the least, especially considering the long-time customer I've been and purchases I've made from them.
