Sornson Upholstered Headboard

I love love love my headboard!!! Sturdy and pretty; so sturdy I never attached it to the bed; it stands well all on its own!

Just what I expected. It was actually easy to assemble and attach to my king sized bed frame. It’s great quality and I love the color (gray).

I absolutely LOVE my Ivory Sornson upholstered wingback headboard. I searched and searched before I settle on this one. It is very well built and it's substantial in size....very thick and 60" tall. I love the fact that the wings go all the way to the floor and my pillows and bedskirt hide that area where the mattress goes against the headboard. The fabric looks like a brushed cotton up close and like a velvet from a distance. The fabric is a nice neutral color, but to me it has a lot of gray tones. It's more of a light putty color rather than an ivory. The only problem we had with putting it together was that four of the long screws were missing. We had to go to two hardware stores to find matching screws, but Wayfair's customer service was awesome and compensated me very fairly. I have an adjustable Ghostbed so we decided not to spend another $100 for a bracket that Ghostbed sells to attach the headboard to the frame. Instead, we screwed the headboard to the wall and it looks great. I did notice a discrepancy in one of the listed measurements: the thickness of the wing is 2" not 3.5". I'm completely satisfied with my purchase!! I will post a photo when I get all my bedding assembled.
