Product is good the experience was horrible, full service delivery sliced the headboard with knife, replacement sent was not full service and costed me a lot extra to get installed.

The head board is very pretty, wasn't hard to put together and seems very sturdy!

Nothing is wrong with the bed itself, it’s simply bulkier than I expected. The headboard, side rails and footboard do interfere with making the bed. The thickness of the headboard is half as deep as my nightstands. My mistake, the dimensions were shown in the description. If it were possible to return the bed I would however, I unpacked the bed, put it completely together not realizing the bulky size until I stood back and looked it. My mistake and disappointment. The Nora mattress is perfect and totally comfortable. I couldn’t be happier.
