these stools are absolutely beautiful! They are definitely more taupe than ivory, but that color works great with my floor.

The 3 barstools will be shipped back - which will cost us $80, taken out of our refund. It was the only return option given. Costly experience, will not be buying online from Birch/Wayfair. 1. The wood color is a distinct ORANGE brown, not darker brown. 2. the seat material is much darker than it appears online 3. The parts are difficult to align and therefore difficult to level the chair. 4. screw-in foot guard missing. 5. some of the leg colors did not match the rest of the wood parts. 6. The protective metal looks gold online - it's silver (or aluminum) color!
