Cass 26" Counter Stool

Do not buy this! The weight limit is 275 lbs but my 215 lb husband sits on it and all of the buttons come unsnapped. It’s is like Medusa’s hair to put back together. I called Birch Lane/Wayfair to ask how to put it back together and they have yet to send me instructions. The pieces have to be woven in a certain pattern in order to not have any hardware showing. Also the snap buttons are cheap and don’t snap. For as much money as we have spent at Wayfair over the years I would have expected more help, particularly with expensive stools. Do not buy these!

We love these bar stools! They not only look but feel high quality, comfortable, and an added bonus is they are light weight when moving!

Terrible quality snaps come undone when anyone suts in them. Completely unusable

Very poor workmanship. Just 6 weeks after receiving these counter chairs and sat upon 3-4 times by my 150 lb partner, the straps on the seats on 2 of the chairs began to unsnap. It is extremely difficult to re-fasten the snaps (and when we do manage, the quickly un-snap again when the chair is sat upon). Customer service at Birch Lane terrible customer service saying their warranty is only good for 4 weeks so we are out of money. We now cannot sit on the chairs and have to find an upholsterer who can help re-thread and rivet the leather straps together . Do not buy these chairs . They are a complete waste of money. Also very disappointed by poor service from Birch Lane.
