Firm yet comfortable. Soft fabric not scratchy. The team came in and assembled for us for free. Haven’t washed it yet but will soon I’m sure with four kiddos :)

Overjoyed with this couch! It is perfect, designers nailed it! Similar style and quality to the higher end companies. Covering is high quality and sturdy. The cushions are perfect firmness, down-filling in back is great. This piece can be styled many ways, so versatile. My only complaint, wish there were arm covers. Found same color hand towels for daily use, remove when entertaining. So happy with this piece!
