Disappointed and overpriced; Poor quality, warped pieces. Reached out to Birch Lane expecting asking to return and they shuffled me over to the manufacturer. For this price, I would expect better customer service from Birch Lane. We even had a professional furniture assembler take a look at the piece and he said it was properly assembled and he could not fix the gap issue we are having also. This bed is vastly overpriced for the quality.

Beautiful linen fabric and I installed it myself (I’m 68 years old). I only needed help lifting the headboard into place. Fit beautifully with my temperpedic adjustable king size bed. Highly recommend this bed and would give it more than five stars if available.

Love, love this bed! I was looking at a similar bed from P.B. for triple the price. The bed looks amazing. It took me and my husband about 2.5 hours to put it together. The instructions weren’t too clear and some of the screws were mislabeled but otherwise no issues. It came about 2 weeks after ordering. Definitely get it!
