I have never ordered a large item on line before. I was a bit nervous on what to expect but the couch is beautiful. Wayfair sent me e-mails when shipping, the delivery people were nice and very efficient. Customer service called me when the delivery people arrived. Things couldn't have gone any smoother. Thanks for everything.
