*edit* 5 stars to 1 star. Customer service LIED and said they mailed a replacement part on two different occasions with two different agents and it was never sent nor received, ended up having to box up the damaged chair and mail it back myself. I did receive a new chair, however it was a hassle. Beautiful chairs, but note the hassle you will endure if damaged. (Took over two months to solve). Very disappointed with how this problem was handled.

I absolutely love my new dining chairs. So comfortable and well made. No assembly required. Packed very well. The only complaint is delivery- all 4 left right next to the street.
