Amari Upholstered L-Sectional

I ordered this piece in November of 2020 and it was delivered in February of 2021. I wanted to wait until I have had it for a decent amount of time before writing a review. Its been just shy of 2 years. I ordered the cotton in spinnisol iron, almost immediately it began to pill. I do keep high quality covers over it because I have a large and small size dog. After a few months the cushions started flattening. I have to rotate and flip them weekly to try to keep them even. Just before the 1 year mark, the end cushion cover split at the front seam. They did refund me partially as they said it wasn’t covered under warranty. It’s the least used seat on the entire couch. The fabric has started fading to a purplish color (the couch is not in any direct sunlight) shortly after that, I pulled it out to vacuum and noticed the bottom fabric is falling off. Small piece of spring is poking through the bottom (same least used cushion) of the couch but thankfully it’s under the cushion for now, and the zipper on one of the back cushions is just falling off, the thread just fell out. I wouldn’t waste your money on this. It was nice the day it was delivered, and that’s about it.

Absolutely in love with this couch! Took a chance ordering online and couldn't be happier! Top quality, very comfortable and looks fantastic! Highly recommend! Delivered early and in room service was affordable. Easily able to assemble. Customer service when I called, top notch! A+ experience.

Very well packaged. Took eight weeks to receive. Classic Bleach White is slightly off-white. Cushions are firm but comfortable. Deep-seating makes it necessary to have pillow behind you unless curling up; especially if elderly will be using. Fabric seems durable. It is perfect for our porch!

We are very happy with this purchase. The fabric and construction is wonderful. The cushions are comfortable and will only get better over time. The delivery was very professional and the workers were polite, respectful of the sofa and my walls! I ordered a swatch of the fabric first which came very quickly. So, I knew that it was not solid white but slightly oatmeal. Our family loves it.

Couch is beautiful, and fills the space just right. We have big plans for the sleeper on thanksgiving. Only issue was, not even out of the package, the bottom of the chaise was either not attached properly, or broke in transit. Otherwise quality seems good for the price.
