I purchased my ottoman to go with my previously purchased sectional. It looks great . No complaints… the craftsmanship, everything about it is wonderful. My only gripe is with FedEx. The ottoman was shipped to me and the box was completely destroyed, and the inner wrap had been torn away and it looks like FedEx may have re-taped it haphazardly with some package tape. I don’t know how it got to me with just a small black smudge. I was thankful. Loving it now.. Joyce. Lufkin, TX. Fri May 22 2026

The ruby ottoman is lovely and looks the same overall as the image. I would say it is a bit wider in real life or maybe I misread the dimensions. Regardless it is great.. Minha Mahmood. Elizabethtown, KY. Thu Oct 01 2026
