The dressers are beautiful and very well made. I am chiming in, because our delivery people originally refused to place them in the correct room also. It was up one flight of stairs, but directly at the top--nothing insane. It wasn't until my husband pointed out that the box had "white glove delivery" printed on it that they acquiesced and placed them in the correct room. Love this dresser. My only concern is the sea grass material. It seems to break or chip apart. I am going to try and order some touchup paint if it is available.

Lovely dresser, a bit heavy so prepare to have at least two people to attach the five base feet. Worked out great in our childs room! Soft close drawers are great. Be sure to have a vaccuum and a damp cloth to wipe inside of drawers down upon arrival.
