Vivienne Writing Desk

I think this is a good quality piece. It did however arrived damaged. Looks like it was dropped. Some pieces were broken and the top looks like someone at the factory tried to fix it. Aside from that I feel like it s a good quality desk. It’s nice and sturdy and fits what we are doing in our office. Birch Lane is suppose to reach out, we will see what happens. I would defiantly buy this again if needed for another office.

Very frustrating experience with Birch Lane. This desk was backordered for almost a month and we received no notification about it, yet they put through a charge on our cc right away . The desk itself is a pretty color but the manufactured wood on top looks cheap and the drawers are tiny. Overall a big miss!

Took three shipments and a furniture repairman to get it right! Customer service was nice and friendly. They did ask me to rebox the first damage desk. Very difficult to put everything back together. I suppose it had to go somewhere and better than the dump but wow! Not a simple task. Shipping box design is why I am rating three stars. Also, suggest power box and open hole.

Amazing product - great delivery and quality!

The desk is just as beautiful as its picture; however, it was broken. The first one came in with damage: busted corners, broken side panel, and cracked inside panel. I loved the desk, so after a discount, I ordered a replacement desk. It too came in with damage on 3 of four corners. The top part of the desk just isn't able to survive the shipping and handling.
