I love my sofa. I give it 4 only because I have a huge problem with the fabric on one arm. The delivery man said just call and they will send a new one. After hours on hold they said there was nothing they could do. I was waiting to see if the fabric would straighten itself out. I waited 5 days and Apparently that’s too long. I love my sofa. It is gorgeous. I do NOT love customer service. The back of my sofa came with a gap in the stitching. It was pointed out and photos taken. NOTHING has been done.
