Shelby 60'' Upholstered Sofa

Wow. Beautiful loveseats. Very well made. Quality workmanship.

Prior to ordering this loveseat, I called to speak with a representative to verify that the color was the greenish that I was seeing on my screen (as screens differ). I was assured that "yes, it is a beautiful green". With that, I placed the order at which point I was notified it would take 7-8 weeks to be delivered. I also, added in the 3-year-warranty which then allowed for the 18-month interest free payment plan (per the total). Several weeks prior to receiving the loveseat, I was sent a bill. Confused, I called and asked why as I hadn't yet received the item? No one I had spoken to had an answer. Another bill arrived, but still no loveseat. Made another call and the TWO representatives I spoke with made it sound as if they had no idea what I was talking about. FINALLY, the loveseat arrives. Guess what?? NO GREEN in sight! It is totally GRAY or should I say SILVER. I take a picture and submit it along with a form from Birch Lane's website. I call and speak with a supervisor. Because of ALL of this, I was assured that I would received a 25% discount for my trouble, even though I tell her I'm not sure that I even want to keep it. I have 30 day after receipt of item to decide. She didn't deduct 25%, 12% maybe. So, I made yet ANOTHER call to get it corrected. Also, I was sent several messages: email and texts stating that the delivery driver will contact you 30-40 minutes PRIOR to arrival. Which I thought, great, I can go run a couple of errands and when they call it will give me enough time to get back home. They called when they were a mere FIVE (5) minutes away. From the very beginning, it has been nothing but a headache. I am at the point where I think calling Birch Lane to come pick it up may be the best thing to do. Purchasing a loveseat should never be THIS!

Way softer than I was expecting (given the description of foam cushions). SO cozy and fits perfectly in my little apartment. Compliments the space nicely and perfect for 2 people to sit comfortable.

Looks great in our front living room! We got this and Shelby couch in Cruise Adrift. Not as firm as we’d like (hence only 4 stars) but hoping it softens over time. Arrived 2 months early and all I had to do was twist in the legs!

I love my Shelby loveseat and couch. I got the Classic Beach White and it is a heavy duty canvas type of fabric which I love for my coastal look living room. I purchased the 3 year fabric protection plan because it is white just to be safe. It is firm but only in the sense that you have good support in the seat and the back cushions make it very comfortable! I highly recommend!! You will love it! It make need a little steaming after it is unpacked as the skirt may have some wrinkles. I did not steam..its been a few weeks and it looks fine.
