Very disappointed with the difference in quality of my order (2 poufs), as well as the inability to be flexible in the return/refund policy.
I ordered two poufs for my new home (pics below look better than they appear in real person). They were delivered in mid March, and I only got around to unboxing the items today (late April).
Upon opening both boxes, it is evident that one pouf is of adequate quality (color, stitching, filling, etc...) and the other was made very poorly (a reddish tint to it, very sloppy grayish stitching which immediately stands out, and a different/odd filling to it).
I called customer service today requesting a refund due to discrepancy in the products. I am willing to keep the good one, but want nothing to do with the one that looks very cheaply produced. I was told that due to their return policy, and despite the pictured evidence I provided, Birch LN would not acknowledge my request and denied the return...as well as a refund for store credit. Now i'm left with a piece of junk that I'll likely just toss out.
I am a new customer of this site, and have bought several products from them to fill my new home. Moving forward, I will never order a single thing again from this site. Very inconsiderate standards.
