Roxy Upholstered Armchair

The chair is nice BUT the quality control on this product is TERRIBLE. I am now waiting for the third chair to come in hopes that it is in better condition. First chair was literally sticking through the box and the wood was scratched up. They sent me a new chair which was wobbly and the arm rests were sticking out of the back portion of the chair.

Sorry - but in all fairness the box came completely crushed and damaged. Somewhere during ship they attempted to repair the box with yards and yards of saran packaging wrap.. chair wood was splintered so clearly it was crushed... but of course they delivered it... instead of someone seeing the wreckage - they just dropped it off on our porch...

This was an all around awful experience. I took a chance even after reading the reviews saying that shipping was problematic. Well, it was exactly that, problematic. This company has no concept on how to ship furniture. The box was ripped apart and the chair barely cushioned. The ripping was 100%the fault of the company. Both chairs came damaged and we had to return it . Thank goodness Wayfair made that easy and we did get a full refund. But I would never make a purchase from Birch again solely on the fact that I have no confidence they will do their part to care for the product during shipment. The produce is what you see, but we will ship elsewhere.

The chairs are great. The service for delivery not so much.. The boxes were almost totally destroyed. The feet of one of the chairs was actually outside of the box and it had lost one of the coasters on the ends as well as being pretty scratched up. Further, Ive had a really difficult time reporting the state of the boxes and the scratches when I go to try to make a report it wont let me actually complete it for some reason so as of right now while I like the chairs I paid for them and they camedamaged

Bought this to use as an accent chair in our family room. Color is perfect. I was afraid it would be uncomfortable, but it's actually not. We sit in it daily. Perfect small chair for extra seating when we have company.
