Rhodes 2 - Piece Upholstered Sectional

The sofa is huge and cozy. It is really nice. Kind of hard to get a feel for the colors online so it’s much lighter than I preferred but overall it is a beautiful sofa!

This is a beautiful sofa and well made. It looks high end and very comfy.

We purchased the left handed Melanie couch in May and it shipped sooner than expected. However, the product was not as listed: "firm" seating cushions. The slim 4" foam inserts surrounded by 2" of batting and down feathers provide virtually no seating support. I am 6'1", 200 pounds, and when sitting on the cushions can feel the frame through the compressed cushion. We called to request replacement thinking the manufacturer had used the wrong foam as a result of supply shortages, and for two+ months were promised resolution. In the meantime our backs were hurting and the couch looks compressed and worn. We were initially promised replacement shipment on June 17, then July 29. Replacements finally arrived in mid-August (in separate shipments). Unfortunately the replacements were no more "firm" than the originals. To its credit Wayfair offered a 20% credit for our inconvenience, but all we really want is the couch we ordered, with "firm" seating cushions! In terms of the couch itself, we ordered the silver sunbrella fabric which is great for our room, and the size of the couch is perfect for our needs which has caused us to hesitate returning it (plus the hassle of having to find a comparable couch and wait again for shipment, etc..). We are so sad because all we really want is to be able to sit comfortably on our couch in our living room, and we can't. So rather than return the couch, we just decided to spend another $1000 for replacement foam from a local manufacturer. I completely understand that lower end manufacturers like Klaussner, who makes this couch, use relatively cheap standard foam for cushions, but I had hoped we would get a few years out of these, before having to replace the foam -- especially given the product description states the seating cushions are "firm". When looking at the cushions, the upholstery person who we are paying to replace the foam said he is surprised by poor quality of cushions used in this couch -- no better than the cheap stuff you get from a local fabric store off the shelf! Feedback for the manufacturer: please update the product description on the website, this is most definitely not "firm" seating. In hindsight I guess we should have arranged a return immediately and then reordered, but Wayfair customer service kept committing to us that the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately the replacements were no better than the originals, and we are left with the choice of returning the couch or paying a lot of money to upgrade the cushions. So disappointed in the whole experience and will not be purchasing product from this manufacturer again. In the future will be much quicker to return vs. trying to work with Wayfair to resolve issues, we have ordered before from Wayfair and have always been happy, but with this experience I am less likely to buy from Wayfair.

Very happy with this sofa. Dursky linen is actually a gray. Why don't they say that? So, a tad more gray than I had hoped, but crazy comfortable and very good looking.
