The barstools were able to be put together with relative ease and speed. They seem pretty sturdy and are very comfortable. They look great at our kitchen island and complement our decor nicely. We choose the GINGER color which has no orange tones to it at all and is very neutral, but not gray or white. I kept the allen wrench that came with them for tightening them in case they become wobbly over time… although I sure hope not!

The chairs are as advertised, They are comfortable and well made. Unfortunately one was damaged when I opened the box there was a crack on the base. The customer service is extremely slow and at this point I have no resolution or next steps.

We ordered five of these stools. One came damaged and Birch Lane sent a new one. The cushions are a bit hard but expect will soften over time. The wood is a dark walnut stain which is what we wanted. The upholstery is beige with dark gray "flecks". The nylon protectors on the bottom of the legs really grab on our wood floor and make it difficult to move the stools.
