Wow wow wow! I researched everywhere for Parisian or French style bed frames that were high-quality and wood and upholstered at a reasonable price but also good quality.I love that the head and footboard are solid wood, and I love the design. The only thing that I would have preferred is if the frame was solid wood, but it appears to be metal. It is still good-quality for this price point. The free shipping in assembly was amazing! The bed arrived ahead of schedule and I really like the shade of white and the overall look. The assembly, which we did ourselves was tricky…and my husband is very handy. The hardware was tough to align (it took us an hour or more to get the left side board to latch in correctly to the headboard), the pre-drilled holes on the feet did not match the diagram and the screws that were supplied for securing the wood slats were so long they would have dangerously protruded underneath the bed (we switched those).
