Mid-Century Upholstered Dining Chair with Frame in Walnut Finish (Set of 2)

We ordered these chairs because we never quite have enough. Assembly was easy and pretty fast. I did make a mistake and assembled one of the side pieces backwards, but it was easy to correct. The chairs are very comfortable and of a good height. Thus far, they have withstood our children and pets.

I love -- and I mean LOVE -- these chairs. They were straightforward to put together and feel solid as a rock. The wood is really pretty and has that great mid-century warmth, but it’s the quality that stands out; they feel like they can actually handle daily use. Very sturdy. The seats are a good size and the cushioning is a bit firm, which I personally prefer. I also find myself just grabbing the top rung to position the chair every time I sit down (it’s a small detail but wicked handy, as we say in Boston). The wood is on the lighter side but looks a bit darker depending on the light. Just a really well-crafted, classic chair.

Very satisfied with this dining chair! It is surprisingly comfortable with its well-padded and wide seat. The color of the fabric was darker than I expected from looking at the pictures, but it worked out because it matches the curtains hanging on the nearby window. Assembly didn't take too long, the parts were well labeled and instructions were clear. You'll need a screwdriver for one step at the end and that's the only tool not included.

Thrilled with this pair of wooden dining room chairs! They have a beautiful dark wood tone that looks very rich, perfectly complemented by the off-white cushions. They were truly easy to put together and arrived extremely well-packaged with no damage. What I appreciate most is the comfort. They are remarkably comfortable, especially for someone with a taller stature. The seating height and back support feel just right. They’re an excellent addition to my dining room and feel very high quality. Recommend!

Solid real wood chairs. Assembly took about thirty minutes and we have two beautiful sturdy chairs. Deep wood grain and soft thick cushions give the chairs a luxurious look and feel. Mid-century look and quality!
