Thanks for asking. I’m extremely disappointed. The stool I received looks nothing like the photo advertised. I thought I was buying a stool with pretty light brown rope around the legs, as shown in your photos. What I received is a stool with dirty looking gray rope around the legs. I never would have purchased the stool I received. And now I am faced with repackaging this heavy stool and sending it back? This is not ok. Please contact me for next steps.
