The recliner is beautiful and delivery was outstanding. The only issue we had was a noise in operation which Birch Lane handled promptly and efficiently. Customer service (Jessica) is outstanding.

This is the most wonderful leather recliner that I cannot recommend highly enough. I took a chance that it would fit my body by taking very careful measurements from a recliner that wore out. This is the most beautiful recliner and fits me extremely well. It is so lovely and friends or acquaintances who come to visit me want to know where I found it and purchased it. I tell them quickly!
