I cannot give a positive review, as we have not been able to assemble our bed set we purchased on June 10th, 2023, here we are still waiting for replacement parts to arrive at the end of October 2023. This is the SECOND attempt at getting replacement parts for a bed frame that arrived with defects in the wood staining process. After Birch failed to re-order the correct part (verified error on Birch's side) there is still no ETA. Seems like it maybe a nice piece, but the quality control has failed us. I will say that their Customer Service has been good.
