Langley 3 - Drawer Nightstand

Finally moved into our house and the one dresser is damaged.

The quality is great but the shipping is terrible. First one came with a drawer not assembled correctly and the corner was damaged is shipping. Customer service was great and immediately replaced it. The second arrived correctly assembled but damaged again in shipping. We are going to keep it because it is very heavy and difficult to keep exchanging. I would happy if Birch Lane would give me an adjustment on the price.

Initial delivery was to the wrong address. I then needed to correct that with FedEx for 30 minutes on the phone - the next day they missed my delivery window by five hours and refused to bring my item up to my doorway in my high-rise so I had to have our UPS driver help me with that last night. I just spent 30 minutes unboxing and discovered damage - I do not recommend this product or the service.

The dresser arrived with a big gash on the top and both side tables drawers don’t open and these greasy bearing sticks fell out. We’d like all three to be replaced.

These are substantial in weight and look nice but the lower rating is due to the drawers not having soft closures and one of my drawers is loose and doesn’t close very easy. They are very nice but for the price I would expect soft closures and the drawers to open further - they don’t open fully.
