The screws are coming loose on the ottoman toward the edges so after repeated opening and closing it lifts the screws out and now it’s starting to rip the leather after only 1 month. Not great

I LOVE MY OTTOMAN PURCHASE!!! This piece of furniture is so beautiful. It’s really a stunner. It’s very large inside. It’s pretty deep inside. It has the soft close on it so it does not slam. It is one amazing piece of furniture. It’s absolutely beautiful. It smells fantastic. 1000 stars straight across the board it is fantastic.
