The table is absolutely beautiful! It looks even better in person, feels very sturdy, and only took us about 10 minutes to put together. I’m very happy with the table itself! Shipping, however, was not as easy to deal with. My table was out for delivery on September 5th when the delivery person called and canceled about an hour before the delivery window was up. After that, I called, emailed, and used the AI-generated help feature several times but couldn’t get a clear answer on when it would actually be delivered. I finally got things moving when I changed my delivery method from in-home delivery to a front-door drop-off. My table was eventually delivered on September 21st.
