Solid, gorgeous table with a coastal vibe, but unfortunately it arrived with spots on it that I couldn't wash off. Had to return it and the return process was a nightmare. I had to call to set up a return pick up date, and no one showed up. Rescheduled it, confirmed multiple times and no one showed up again. I even called on the pick up day and they talked to the driver who said I was next and no one showed up. It was finally picked up on the third day. Birch Lane wasted my time on 2 days and then they only gave me a partial refund and I had to reach out to them again for a full refund.
