We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts.
