From the delivery to the set up, for such a large piece of furniture, it was a breeze. The two delivery guys were very professional and accommodating and did a great job. The sectional itself came in great shape exactly how I ordered it. It's very comfortable, and the mattress on the pull out bed is very very comfortable and cushy. You feel like you're sleeping in a real bed! It's easy to pull out and put back together. I would receommend this furniture to a friend.

Couch is great, just a little stiff. Delivery was the issue being it didn't show up the day it was supposed to and no call to lete know it didn't make the truck that day.
