The first trunk I received was damaged. Cracked in multiple places. I called to return and exchange it for a new one. The Customer service was great. The new trunk was in almost perfect condition, and It looks great at the end of my bed. I love it!!

This chest, first off, was something l’ve been looking for for over a year. It arrived a day and a half after my order in perfect condition. So fast. The box looked a little rough but the product was packed beautifully and arrived via a courteous and careful Fed ex delivery gentleman. I bought the aged brown chest and l couldn’t be more pleased.
