The items itself is lovely but beware, if they drop the price (even before you get your item) they will not honor the new price. Pretty crummy business model.

This trunk is beautiful and great quality. Unfortunately it’s too large for my space. I’m sure I will find a great replacement at birch lane.

The first trunk I received was damaged. Cracked in multiple places. I called to return and exchange it for a new one. The Customer service was great. The new trunk was in almost perfect condition, and It looks great at the end of my bed. I love it!!
