What Customers are Saying

Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and good quality, noting it looks great and is well-made for the price. Many find the size to be perfect for various uses, such as nightstands or accent pieces. However, some customers express concerns about the quality not meeting expectations for the price, with frequent mentions of damage upon arrival and issues with the materials. Opinions on color are mixed, with some finding it as described and others noting it differs from expectations. The value is generally seen as positive, with many feeling it looks more expensive than it is, though some consider it overpriced given the quality and damage issues.

Looks nice, but one of the two I ordered arrived damaged (the second time this has happened with Birch Ln. furniture), so that paired with how lightweight the piece is tells me that the price I paid does not match the quality of the furniture. Will not be purchasing from Wayfair anymore. I would rather save up and spend more money on quality than spending too much money on cheaply made products.

Box arrived in rough shape, not handled correctly as labeled. Upper corner damaged, paint job on bottom front poor quality. Bottom of chest off, loose in box. There were 4 cement paver bricks in the box!! Why Reported to Customer Service, have yet to hear anything…. Very disappointed customer. Will not be buying any more furniture from Birch Lane.

It’s an attractive piece for sure, in trend. It is poorly made, cheaply made. We received ours without the slider for one of the drawers and multiple cracks. It is definitely not worth the price.

The product that I received is not what I ordered. The chest is white labeled and is actually manufactured by Butler Specialty Company, similar to this listing https://www.butlerspecialty.net/butler-specialty-company-easterbrook-nightstand/9352295-871/iteminformation.aspx. The chest feels cheap, the drawer pulls are black, not gold and the legs are completely different style and height than the listing. Listen to the negative reviews and save your money, these are absolutely not worth $700 each.

Beautiful! I use these as bedside tables in my bed room. The deep drawers provide lots of storage and the rich brown color makes them look expensive. Very happy with my purchase.. Minerva. SC. Sun Jun 21 2026
